Yoga For Everyone (Beginners Welcome)

Tutor: Lea Kendellen
Lea’s yoga journey began in 2008 and led her to complete teacher trainings in Thailand and Dublin. She has been teaching since 2016 and draws from Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga traditions.
This gentle, accessible class is suitable for all levels, with a strong emphasis on beginners and those looking to build confidence in their practice. Classes include pranayama (breathwork), meditation and beginner-friendly movement designed to improve flexibility, strength and mobility while encouraging calm and balance.
Each class finishes with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, restored and ready for the week ahead.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for relaxation.

There are many physical benefits to practising yoga including improved flexibility, strength, balance and co-ordination. Yoga can also cultivate a sense of calm and help with stress management. Everybody can practise and benefit from yoga.
This class is a gentle hatha yoga class and is suitable for all levels including beginners. It includes meditation, breathwork and the physical postures (asanas). Each class finishes with a full length guided relaxation.
