Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The courses are part of a systematic, progressive programme on the mat designed to stimulate and challenge the body at a pace suited to the individual.

Pilates - Beginner
Mondays 6.45-7.45pm
10 weeks
Sharon is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher and Yoga teacher who blends both practices to build strength, flexibility, and calm. Her classes support posture, recovery, and overall fitness in a warm, energising space.

Wednesdays with Rachel Ensor

This 8 week course is aimed to introduce the fundamental concept of Pilates and its benefits to the body and health system to new students, those returning to Pilates recovering or from injury. Mat, towel & bottle of water required.

This 8 week course caters for both beginners & improvers, at a pace suited to the individual and looks to develop and challenge the student’s knowledge of the Pilates concept with more awareness placed on the precision, execution and co-ordination of movements at a faster pace.
