I`m Valentina and I will be your teacher for the bread workshop. Here is a brief introduction to me! I started studying cookery in the Italian famous cookery school “il gambero rosso” in 2006. Following completion, I joined the professional Chefs school “A tavola con lo Chef” learning all the secrets of food and its preparation specialising in Pastries. When I moved to Ireland in 2008 I started working as a pastry chef in well-known Galway restaurants then moved into the capital to work in the finest and high standards kitchens. I studied Culinary Art at DIT and set up my own food business in 2014. My cookery skills have been honed from a very young age, starting when I was just a little girl pulling up a chair to stand beside my mother or grandmother as they prepared Sunday lunches for all the family. However, I developed and perfected these skills by working hard in the industry and training regularly.
