Yoga for All Levels
Monday 7.45-9.00pm for 10 weeks
Tutor: Lynda Forrester
Yoga teaches us to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. My class is a peaceful space to help you unwind in body and mind. My focus is Hatha Yoga with a gentle flow, and I use a combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. Students of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join.
Please bring your own mat and blanket. All other yoga props supplied.

Come as you are — No Mats, No Floor Work, No Kneeling, or Yoga Experience needed!
