Mondays with Lynda Forrester​

Yoga for All Levels

Monday 7.45-9.00pm for 10 weeks
​Tutor: Lynda Forrester
Yoga teaches us to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. My class is a peaceful space to help you unwind in body and mind. My focus is Hatha Yoga with a gentle flow, and I use a combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. Students of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join. 
Please bring your own mat and blanket. All other yoga props supplied.  

Tuesdays with Naoise Friel

Yoga (All Levels)

Suitable for all levels. 
Mat, blanket, pillow/yoga blocks required for all Yoga classes.

This class is perfect for improving Flexibility, Balance, Strength, and Relaxation — all while seated or using a chair for support. 
It is suitable for seniors, individuals with mobility challenges, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a gentle and restorative yoga practice.   
Come as you are — No Mats, No Floor Work, No Kneeling,   or Yoga Experience needed!
